Queue-based Answers
As of May 13th, 2021 we are making a change to bring Answers to the Queue configuration level. We've found that Answers are team specific and the way that we have Answers at the global level has made multiple teams at a company not get the best experience possible when using Answers.
We will no longer support global Answers.
Here's our migration plan:
- May 13th, 2021: Announce change. Any Answer that is created or edited after this day will be required to select a Queue before saving. Answers without a queue will still be suggested during this period of time.
- July 12th, 2021: Deactivate all Answers that have not been assigned a Queue. These Answers will no longer be suggested. If you wish to enable an Answer you can assign it to a Queue.
- August 11th, 2021: Delete all Answers that do not belong to a Queue. If you do not make any changes before this date your Answers will be permanently deleted.
These changes will help us make Answers more useful for all teams moving forward. We understand that a forced change like this can carry some overhead. If you have any concerns please reach out to support@halp.com and we can assist you with a migration strategy that is best for you.
