Resolution Field in Jira Service Management
If your Jira Service Management instance requires a Resolution Field in order to close a ticket you may be experiencing issues when you try to close a Halp ticket not syncing that update to Jira Service Management. Since Halp does not have a way to set a resolution field currently there are two options we recommend.
Remove the Resolution Field from the Jira Screen
If you decide that the resolution field is not needed for your ticketing process you may choose to remove this field all together.
