/Halp Command
Using the /Halp Command
Halp has a simple way to view and manage your tickets without having to leave Slack. By using the slash command "/halp" agents can view their open tickets, other agent's tickets, all unassigned tickets, tickets that were created in that channel, and search for tickets.
Instructions:
In Slack, type "/Halp" into the text input and hit enter. In the bot message that appears in the channel, under Search Options select the button for how you want to search your team's tickets.
Search by Keyword or Ticket Number:
As well as searching by one of our pre-made filters, you can search your tickets by keyword or ticket number by selecting "Keyword Search" in the /halp menu.
