Export your admins and agents' data

Starting June 4, 2024, you’ll need an active Jira Service Management Cloud subscription to access Halp’s features. To continue creating requests directly from Slack or Microsoft Teams, we recommend that you migrate to Jira Service Management Cloud.

The steps below outline how to export your admins and agents' account data from Halp. If you add more admins or agents after you generate an export, repeat the process to have those accounts included.

Generate global export

To generate an export of your admins and agents from multiple queues, follow these steps. From Halp web:

  1. Select the gear (settings) icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Admins & Agents.
  3. Select Export, then select which queues to export from. Select all to generate an export of all of your admins and agents.
  4. Once the export generates, check Slack or Teams for a direct message from Assist with the download link. This link remains active for 7 days.

Generate queue-specific export

If you’d like to export admins and agents for a specific queue, follow these steps. From Halp web:

  1. Select the gear (settings) icon in the top right corner. Select Queues.
  2. Find the specific queue and select Admins & Agents.
  3. Select Export.
  4. From the modal, select Export. The overall export process takes about 10-15 seconds.
  5. Once your export is ready, check Slack for a direct message from Assist with the download link. This link remains active for 7 days.
  6. Repeat for each queue.
